Transforming Early Childhood Education & Childcare in Wales: Report Launch

Join Women's Equality Network Wales from 10am-12pm on Wednesday 26 November for the launch of our new report, , at Raspberry Creatives' Art Space in Port Talbot.

The event will bring together parents, families and policy experts in this community space to discuss the report's findings, share lived experiences, and give your views on the childcare system.

Children are welcome and play workers will be on hand to run children's activities during the event.

Basic refreshments will be provided.

The report, based on research with over 780 parents in Wales and expert stakeholders working on childcare, provides a comprehensive analysis of what a better system in Wales would look like. It calls for a flexible, streamlined, and expanded system that would reduce poverty, promote child development, and boost employment. Find out more here.
