Take a step back from the daily hustle and give yourself (and your family) the gift of wellness. Unplugged is a community-centered event designed to help you prioritize your mental health through movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection.

Join us as we explore how physical activity and intentional movement can help reduce stress, restore balance, and empower you to thrive—mentally, emotionally, and physically.

What to Expect:

• 🌟 Active Affirmations & 360° Photo Experience – Capture your glow and reflect on powerful, uplifting affirmations.
• 🧘🏽 Mindful Movement – Participate in guided exercises that blend breathwork, stretching, and grounding techniques to center your mind and body.
• 💪🏽 Family-Friendly Fitness – Enjoy energizing workout sessions tailored for both adults and youth (ages 5–17).
• 🥤 Refreshments – Nourish your body with light, healthy snacks and drinks to keep you fueled.
