➡️Do I need to bring a trampoline? No, but you do need to register to reserve one.
➡️I am worried I will pee my pants, is that a thing? Lots are worried about that but this is not like the big back yard trampoline jumping, you will be just fine!
➡️I have never done a rebounding class, is this right for me? OH YES!! if you love fun music and laughing, you’ll love this!!
➡️I am not in great shape right now, will I survive? ABSOLUTELY. All fitness levels can do this. If you can walk and stand, you can do this class!
