Hello, I’m Jennifer, and reflexology is more than just my profession – it’s my passion. My journey into this practice has allowed me to create a fulfilling work-life balance while helping others achieve relief from pain, stress and anxiety.

Reflexology offers a natural drug-free path to pain relief, reducing stress by releasing endorphins-the body’s natural pain killers. This therapy puts the body into a state of rest and repair, helping to ease life’s daily tensions.

What to Expect:
Each 60 minute session includes:
● A relaxing foot soak with epsom salts to begin
● A soothing reflexology treatment tailored to your needs
● Finishing with hydrating lotion to enhance your comfort
