Join Fifth Degree Black Belt, Sensei David Grout, for a powerful and practical Bully Buster Class—free and open to the public! This class will teach students how to confidently and safely respond to bullying with strategies that really work.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Parents are required to attend with their child to observe, support, and participate in important role-play exercises.
