Paddle & Pose

Pray Play Flow Grow Glow-nurture your soul, Ignite OM, ride nature's gentle tide.
This class will be half paddle and half yoga. We will warm up with a nice paddle and ease in to some yoga, leaving us floating in bliss. Some paddle instruction provided 🙂

Ignite Om provides all gear: paddleboard, leash, pfd & anchor
