Been looking for a reason to go to the new Southeast Texas Hotspot Pour Neches? Well look no further, it will be a group meetup at Pour Neches and we will take a 5K route, led by Kendal Pike Batuyong, around the area and end up back at Pour Neches for drinks and food afterwards! We will start meeting up around 6ish and takeoff shortly after a group pic at 7!
We have graciously been given an area upstairs just for us by the owner, Min Dai, and we will have a buffet style dinner and one drink covered for the small price of $20 a person. If you don’t want to run the best part is you don’t have to! It will still be $20 to partake in the food and free drink though.
We will have $5 beer all night for those who participate and have a bartender upstairs for all your liquor and cocktail needs!
This is being put on in collaboration with all of the area run clubs and is a good way to meet all of our your fellow runners!
There will also be plenty of giveaways done including free shoes, race entry’s, and much much more! RSVP is not required but highly recommended so we can get a nice accurate head count for food!
If you want to bring your kids, that is totally fine and even encouraged! It will be $10 to cover the cost of food for them!
