White Sweet Potato Soup - the “other” sweet potato- with apple, miso and ginger

Fresh Herb-Dry Brine Turkey Breast - works on any size bird!

Brussels Sprouts “Agradolce” - a little Italian influence with balsamic, pancetta, capers

Roasted Parsnips and Carrots with Horseradish Herb Butter - prep ahead, easy finish

Infused Cream Mashed Potatoes - simple method with updated flavour

Cranberry Sauce with Star Anise, Lime and Chipotle - a little whiskey or rum if you like

Pumpkin Tiramisu - the perfect make-ahead dessert- serve with shaved chocolate!
