Guided by the fiercely loving, electric, and passionate energy of Farhad Khan and Teresa Renzetti, this beautiful immersive collaboration will invite you into a space of deep intention, ritual, and ecstatic expression.
We begin by grounding in sacred ceremony — setting intentions and opening our hearts with the ancient wisdom of cacao and plant medicine (optional), inviting heightened awareness, clarity, and connection to the Earth.
Farhad will infuse the space with live sound, using the drum and handpan, to activate and support our intentions.
From there, we’ll move into heart-opening songs and sacred chants, lifting our spirits and preparing us for a dynamic Kundalini Yoga practice. This practice will awaken the body and activate the energy centers, priming us for a powerful shift into expanded states of being.
As we flow into the next layer of the journey, we’ll enter a high-vibration conscious dance experience — a guided, embodied liberation led by Teresa with an energizing live set by DJ Farhad Khan. Move, release, and synchronize with the energy of the solstice through ecstatic dance, and then allow yourself to drop into freeform exploration to the rhythm of Farhad’s soulful sounds.
We’ll cool down with hands-on energy healing, mantra, and a deeply restorative gong bath, helping integrate the journey and soothe the nervous system.
