Under My Rib - Presented By Cameron Company

“Someone told me that a person’s face is shaped by their name, just because of how often they say it… I don’t think it’s true. And if it were, then my face would be shaped by your name.”

A young woman stands on the edge of a diving board, the community swimming pool far below her. Finding herself unable to jump, she contemplates what brought her to this moment. This is a physically bold and tender story of sisterhood, separation, and what happens when two lives are interminably entwined.

A showcase of new work, Under My Rib is written, directed by, and starring graduates of the Jacques Lecoq theatre school in Paris, a training which has informed their work and the language of their play.
