From Kas: “This class is designed to be a accessible for all, you don't need to be flexible! I will guide you through gentle stretching and strengthening poses with breath awareness to aid relaxation, and nervous system regulation.

All equipment is provided, you're welcome to BYO if you have your own. Please allow time to find us, arriving anytime from 1015am to gain maximum benefit from your class.

The class is held at 6 Browallia Place Port Macquarie. You can park in the front carpark or on the street. From the front of the block, you will see a sign that says Dr Stuart Kennedy, walk around to the left of the building, you will find the yoga studio at the back.”
