Rise Up with Us – Every Wednesday at 10am!
Today’s mental health walk was nothing short of magical. Every Wednesday at 10am, we gather at our office (2/17 Short Street PMQ) and set off together—clients, staff, and community—on a walk to raise awareness, spread kindness, and brighten someone’s day.
And today, we did just that by handing out flowers to strangers along the way.
The reactions were truly beautiful. One young boy smiled and said, “I’m going to give this to my mum—she’s been having a tough time lately.”
Another lovely lady told us, “I really needed this today,” and shared that she’ll be joining us next Wednesday for our walk.
Moments like these remind us why we do what we do. We’re so grateful to our incredible clients and staff who joined us today—your presence brought so much joy and warmth to everyone involved. 💚
