Info: Drop off for the Holiday Program begins at 8:45AM. Our team will welcome your child and ensure they are ready for a day of learning and fun!
Info: Each day our Holiday Program is packed with dynamic classes to build fundamental skills, teach Brazilian Jiu Jitsu techniques and impart self defence strategies with a focus on bully prevention. Additionally kids will engage in yoga and mobility exercises designed to enhance flexibility and promote wellbeing. They will make new friends and have a blast with lots of fun games, drills and grappling.
