Launch Night! No Lights No Lycra PMQ

We’re excited to launch No Lights No Lycra in Port Macquarie!

What is it? It’s simple: one hour of dancing in darkness as if no one else is watching. No teacher, no mirrors, no choreography. Just music, movement and that feel-good rush.

Why do it? You have to feel it in the room. It’s freeing for body and mind. It's healing. It's good for the soul. Come solo or with friends. Leave on a high.

Help us kick off our first-ever night and build a strong, consistent community dance session in PMQ.
