It’s simple: one hour of dancing in darkness as if no one else is watching. No teacher, no mirrors, no choreography. Just music, movement, and that feel-good rush.

You have to feel it in the room. It’s freeing for body and mind. It’s healing. It’s good for the soul. Come solo or with friends. Leave on a high.
This isn’t just a one-off; we’re building a consistent, welcoming dance community right here in PMQ.
