Reiki Level I Class and Attunement, One Day Intensive Course with Julie Schwerer

Reiki Level I class is a combination of lecture, discussion and experience. We will explore the history and origins of Reiki, discovering its roots in ancient healing practices. We will tap into our personal energetic fields and discover we have been healers all along. Reiki level I is all about beginning with self-healing. This hands-on experience helps you develop sensitivity to energy and understand the giving and receiving of Reiki healing. Techniques for offering Reiki treatments to friends, family, and pets will be taught, broadening your ability to share the healing energy. We will learn the practice of giving a complete Reiki treatment using all the hand positions, and self –treatment. Each participant receives an attunement which is a sacred ritual connecting the person to universal life force energy. The attunement opens and aligns your chakras to the Reiki energy. Through this process, your ability to channel and transmit healing energy to yourself and others is enhanced, creating a profound transformation within you. All Reiki classes are taught with the International Center for Reiki training manual. Upon conclusion of each level of training, a certificate of completion is provided. $175 exchange
