🎄 Guysborough & Area Endometriosis Support Group – December Gathering! 💛
Join us on Saturday, December 13th from 1 PM to 3 PM at the Cast Away Café (upstairs) for a cozy holiday-themed session focused on nurturing ourselves through the season.

We’ll be sharing practical tips for managing the holidays with endometriosis, connecting with others who truly understand, and making a festive Christmas craft (all supplies included!).

✨ Bonus: The Shire to Shore Community Market will be hosting a flea market downstairs from 11 AM to 2 PM on the same day. Feel free to stop by a little earlier and check it out before heading up to the support group.

This group welcomes:
