A group medical visit focused on tools for general wellbeing, STRESS REDUCTION and fostering a HEALTHY mind-body-soul. Session includes education, some discussion, and guided practices using gentle breath and movement techniques.
Come ready for learning, fun & movement in a safe space.
Just bring yourself (a sense of humour helps too!).
Optional but can bring a mat, towel, blanket or camp chair.
