It's not like anything you have done before.... You will be given headsets on arrival and you will be guided by facilitators to move.
We combine elements of movement, storytelling and mindfulness. All bodies / ages / genders / fitness levels are welcome. Secret Sunrise is a global community that celebrates life, through music, movement, and connection.
