Breathwork 3 Week Course - Functional & Experiential

Your breath is the key to altering your state!

Learn how to breathe to calm your Nervous System and de-stress.

Learn how to breathe to access inner wisdom and a zoomed-out perspective.

Join me over 3 weeks in June to explore the breath in a safe, nurturing environment. Small group size, 10 people max.

Saturdays 4pm - 5:30pm.

June 7th, 14th, 21st at Port Douglas Yoga Studio.

Each session will include;

1. Functional Breathwork tools to down-regulate your Nervous System (to centre and ground you), and

2. An experiential breathwork practice (to explore and connect to your inner self). Tap into your own inner wisdom!

Drop-in class for $60
Sign up for all 3 and build on foundational knowledge each week for $150.
