Open House: Proposed Short-Term Rental Licensing By-law

HAVE YOUR SAY 📣| The City of Port Colborne is inviting residents, property owners, and business operators to participate in a comprehensive public engagement campaign focused on the regulation of short-term rental accommodations within the community.

Engagement Opportunities:
💻 Online Survey – Available May 14 to June 9, 2025
🗳️ Paper Surveys – Pick up a copy at City Hall, Vale Health & Wellness Centre, or the Port Colborne Public Library
🗣️ In-person open houses – Drop in and talk to Councillors and staff at Vale Health & Wellness Centre’s Golden Puck Room:
🗓June 4 | 2 – 6 p.m.
🗓 June 5 | 3 – 7 p.m.
👥Additional Outreach – Staff will also plan an engagement session at Sherkston Shores Sun Retreats, a key area for short-term rental activity.
