Flock BIRDaby!

2025 is going to be different for the wingsuit community. We are happily announcing an event to bring some new birds and some shredders to the shores of Lake Erie and the ever special Skydive Burnaby! August 1 is a Friday and for the Canadians the 4th is a Holiday Monday.

What are we expecting? Well we are looking to bring a large group and or groups of Wingsuitters to grace the skies over lake Erie and help promote and grow the discipline. The event fee will cover a meal on the Saturday night and there will be a few prizes to be won for participants.

So far there will be at least one organizer @Keith Charabaruk for various levels of flyers. IF there are enough participants we will add an additional organizer to the mix. New to wingsuitting? Perfect this event is for you as well, in fact let your new wingsuit friends know as well so we can work with you to start flying in bigger groups by the end of the weekend!

What you don't fly a wingsuit yet but really want to? Reach out and we can get you on a First Flight Course before the event and make sure you have what you need to come join the fun with other newer birdies. You don't want to fly a wingsuit but want to be on a rodeo, or how about a trapese swing? We have you covered for that as well. Reach out and lets make this weekend something to be remembered.

There is camping on site, a limited number of bunkhouses and if enough people get together I am sure there is an air BnB around that could be shared.

This will be the first time (Yeah I know some beer will be provided also) we are running an event like this so please come out and help make us want to do it again!

The cost to participate for this event is going to be $50 CAD / $35 USD. The fee is mainly to help us determine how many participants to expect and help cover the cost of dinner and a few incidentals. Any Funds not used for the dinner and hard costs will be given back to the participants in the way of prizes. Please reach out to me for registration for the event!
