Bridges CHC Community Open House

We are excited to announce that Port Colborne Public Library and EarlyON Child & Family Centres by Port Cares will be attending our Open House and with info on their programs/services and fun activities for kids! Other partners attending include PC Employment, Cancer Screening Coach, Pathstone Mental Health, Boggio's Home Care, Service Canada, Port Colborne Seniors Advisory Committee, and Happy in My Home. Be sure to drop in on Wednesday, October 8th between 11am-2pm!
