Paddle at Nehls Memorial Nature Preserve

Join Ottawa NWR staff for an on the water experience at Nehls Memorial Nature Preserve in Port Clinton. After discussing water safety, we will be heading out for an hour long scenic paddle throughout the harbor where we will discuss water quality, habitat, and maybe see some wildlife up close! We will be meeting at the kayak launch at 4400 E Muggy Rd, Port Clinton, OH 43452 (41.535152, -82.848614). Participants will need to park in the gravel lot and walk to the launch.

All programs are subject to change or cancellation. Children must be at least 8 years old and able to paddle on their own and always be accompanied by an adult.

Registration is required on Eventbrite. Limit is 9 participants. This is a free program.
