Join Lili Eve and special guests for the first in a new series of seasonal retreats — a soulful invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect.

Held in The Dome, just 30 minutes north of Ōtepoti/Dunedin, this day retreat is a chance to turn inward and cultivate the inner warmth that winter calls for.

We’ll begin by grounding in sacred connection with a heart-opening cacao ceremony. From there, the day will gently unfold through nourishing practices including kundalini yoga, yin, yoga nidra, mantra and sound — all curated to support deep rest and reset.
