Gather & Ground

✨ Gather & Ground is a monthly intentional space curated to welcome all of the self, into wholeness. Through Meditative Movement and Breath we anchor into coherence, journeying within to honour every part of self while attuning to the collective field. From integration we return, opening space after for connection.

This month we are so lucky to have Miriam Marler from @embodied_m joining us. Miriam brings her expertise as a Trauma-Informed Movement Facilitator, Somatic Therapist & Bodyworker, deepening the way we ground, move, and reconnect.

This co-creation brings a new richness to the field we hold — blending breath, movement, and somatic presence in service of remembrance and wholeness.
