Gather & Ground

Gather & Ground is a monthly event created in response to what is being called for in the Collective — a space to come together in community and honour the whole of who you are.

It is an invitation into wholeness — to arrive in a field where presence and truth move through the body with the breath, and find an expression that feels supportive. Each session is guided by the living pulse of the collective field, meeting what is ready to be acknowledged and honoured together.

We begin with intention, mindfulness, and gentle guided movement — practices curated to prepare us for the deeper journey with the Breath. From there, we return home through a guided Mindfulness practice, with time afterwards to integrate and connect.

In this shared field, our presence becomes medicine: our breath joins a collective rhythm, and our grounding deepens into a shared anchor with our great Mother — Gaia, Papatūānuku.

We attune as one body, one breath, one heart — a coherence that reminds us: As Within, So Without.
