Our first circle, Aligned Heart, invites you to slow down, reconnect with what truly matters, and listen to what’s alive beneath the noise of daily life.
Through guided dialogue, partner and group exercises, somatic enquiry, and breath awareness, you’ll explore your values, inner clarity, and the truth beneath old patterns and stories. We close with a gentle Breathwork integration session to anchor everything that emerges.
