Join us for a peaceful morning of mindful guided hiking through wooded trails, meditation atop the dunes, and a gentle yoga flow on the beach — culminating in an extended crystal bowl, sound-guided savasana along the tranquil shores of Lake Huron in beautiful Port Austin.

The cost for this mini-retreat is $45.

Check-in is between 9am-9:15am. We will meet at the Port Crescent State Park - Steel Bridge East Trails Trailhead parking lot located at 2000 Port Austin Rd, Port Austin, MI 48467. (Just South of the Dark Sky Lodge & Tavern) There is Free on-site parking. No recreational pass is required.

Bring your water bottle and a yoga mat, blanket or towel. Wear comfortable clothing and trail worthy shoes suitable for the weather. The 2 mile trail is heavily wooded and sandy in spots with a couple of steep climbs. Bug repellent and sunscreen is highly recommended! A light snack of fruit and granola bars will be provided.

This event is weather dependent with a rain date of Thursday, July 17th 9am-12pm
