Karma Yoga Work Days

Karma yoga defined is the discipline of selfless action, where work is offered with no expectation of personal gain, and is considered an integral part of the lifestyle of a yogi. It is the yoga of duty or service, where we learn to practice kindness and compassion, without allowing the ego to take ownership of our contributions.

These Karma Yoga opportunities will be centered around working at the Rebelution Wellness Retreat-in-the-making, offering the opportunity for participants to watch the process unfold. Please plan to arrive by 9AM (with work boots and gloves, if you have them). Working hours will be held from 9AM-12PM, followed by a communal lunch service. Carpooling is very much appreciated.
