About the event

Community Yoga

Each yoga session lasts approximately 30 minutes. In addition to movement, we practice breathwork, meditation, and social-emotional practices. While the practice is geared toward children/youth, all ages are welcome.

Remember to bring a yoga mat/towel, layers, and water as needed!
