Welcome to the Equalizer - Women's Self-Defense Class!
Come join us at the West Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office Training Center (1258 Mike Cazes Rd / 1258 Northwest Dr.) for an empowering and informative event where you can learn essential self-defense techniques tailored specifically for women. Our experienced instructors will guide you through practical skills to help you feel more confident and prepared. This is a Women's Only class! Age is restricted to 16+ years old.
We will teach via lecture preparedness, situational awareness, and survival mindset. Following lecture, we will provide practical application of basic strikes.
Mat training participation is optional; however, we highly encourage all able body persons to participate. Please wear athletic shoes with socks, comfortable workout attire (sweats, leggings, comfortable t-shirt, etc...). Water is available on site, but we encourage everyone to bring their own water bottle.
A certificate will be provided at the end of the training session.
