Pride Yoga with Jessica

In celebration of Pride Week, join us for a free yoga class centered on community, inclusivity, and self-connection.

This all-levels class will offer a space to breathe, move, and honour the diverse identities that make our community stronger. Whether you’re part of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community or an ally, you’re warmly welcome on the mat.

Expect a grounding practice, inclusive instruction, and a peaceful space to reflect, celebrate, and connect.
