Alberni Valley Pride is proud to present Out in Film, a touring program from Out On Screen, featuring a curated collection of short films from the Vancouver Queer Film Festival — right here in Port Alberni!

Out On Screen is a Vancouver-based nonprofit that uplifts 2SLGBTQIA+ communities through film, education, and dialogue. They are the organizers of the Vancouver Queer Film Festival, one of Canada’s largest and longest-running queer film festivals.

Out In Film, their touring program, brings powerful queer stories to communities across BC — and we’re honoured to host a stop in Port Alberni.
