Focus: Identifying and softening the internal loops that drive stress and self-doubt.
Why: Once the nervous system is calm, we gently explore and rewire the limiting thoughts beneath anxiety.
WEEK 3: Release the Weight June 2 6:30-8:30 pm
🌀 Journey: Letting Go (or Letting Go Remastered)
Focus: Releasing old emotional burdens, stress stories, and stored tension through guided catharsis.
Why: This is the "emotional exhale" of the series. Space is made for healing.
WEEK 4: Anchor in Calm & Worthiness June 9th 6:30-8:30pm

Focus: Rebuilding self-worth, calming the inner critic, and anchoring emotional resilience.
Why: This session leaves participants feeling grounded, lighter, and connected to their value beyond stress.
