Ease Your Anxiety with MindFit : A Four-Part Series

Anxiety that pops up occasionally is a part of life. But for some, it’s not temporary. It doesn’t go away and gets worse over time. 😟

If that’s you, you’re not crazy. And there’s hope. 🌟

That’s why we’re hosting MindFit here at Young Life at the Town Center Mall

starting on May 16th at 6:30 pm-7:30 pm.,
Saturday May 17 12 pm to 1 pm then lunch on us, 2 pm-3 pm 3rd session, then May 18th 2 pm-3 pm final session. It’s an event that busts the stigma about mental health issues (including anxiety) and offers ways to help improve mental fitness. 🧠 There will be door prizes from local venders.
