Nautical Sound Healing Journey

The vibrational energy of the sound healing journey are a soothing way to easily slip into a relaxing meditative state. The vibrations literally reorganize your cells into a more aligned state.

Now what if you add water into the mix?

Imagine floating in weightlessness while you let yourself be carried along into dreamland.

Water is a very special element that carries sound vibration deep into our cells and cleanses us from old feelings and memories, allowing us rejuvenation of the body, heart, mind, and soul.

Flotations will be provided. If you plan on floating, please bring a towel and wear clothes you don’t mind getting wet (bathing suit, etc). There will be plenty of space provided around the pool too, so please bring your own yoga mat, personal pillow, blanket, bolster, blocks, socks and/or eye mask and any other comfort items.

The SHJ will start at 7p, please arrive 10-15min before to get yourself settled.
