Short Stick Shoot-Out 2025

Join us for the 9th Annual Short Stick Shoot-Out Fishing Tournament! Remember it’s not the size of the rod...but how you wiggle the worm! 🎣
Registration Friday June 6th from 6 - 7:30, Captains meeting to follow, must come by and sign in even if you pre-register.
Captain Meeting Friday June 6th @ 7:30 (Jameson House, 2803 W Harrison)
At least 1 member from each team must attend
Tournament Saturday June 7th - Weigh in from 2-3
Awards/Meal to follow
MUST USE A DISNEY ROD AND REEL‼️
-Reel must be made onto the pole, no detachable reels allowed
-Dock Demons will NOT be allowed due to above rule 👆🏻
-Line may be replaced but that is the ONLY modification that can be made
-You may only have 2 rods per angler 🎣🎣
-Live and artificial bait permitted
-Teams may consist of up to 4 anglers including the Captain
-All ages are welcome as anglers
Entry Fees:
Stringer - $300
Big Red - $125
Big Trout - $125
Big Fish - $50
Entry fees to be paid through venmo to @ShortStickShootOut by June 1st for early entry. PayPal and CashApp is accepted, also. DO NOT send payment as a good or service! If sent as good or service money will be refunded and you will be asked to pay through friends and family.
When sending money please note short stick shoot out and team name. Entry forms to be filled out at captains meeting.

You may enter the tournament at the captains meeting BUT you will be required to pay cash and entry fee will be an additional $80 per team
