About the event

Resilent Kids : Lila (ages 4 - 8)

Mondays 4:00 - 4:45 pm (April 28- June 9, 2025)

Led by a Registered Social Worker/Yoga Instructor, this play based group therapy utilizes movement, games, art, and music, to assist children in developing resilience, self reliance, and coping strategies for managing big feelings. This class will focus on Lila: Divine Play. Drop off begins 15 minutes before class time.
*No class on May 19

*This offering may be eligible for coverage under extended health plans where counselling by an RSW is a benefit
