The entire community is welcome to join Obscurus Strength & Fitness this Memorial Day for the ultimate test of endurance and strength as we honor our fallen heroes with the Murph! 🇺🇸
The Murph is a hero workout named in honor of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, who was killed in Afghanistan in 2005. This workout tests your strength, agility, and endurance to the max!
Workout Details:
• 1-mile Run
• 100 Pull-ups
• 200 Push-ups
• 300 Squats
• 1-mile Run
*Modification Options Available - Don’t let the numbers scare you; everyone is encouraged to participate at their own pace and modifications are available for all fitness levels!
Let’s come together as a community to push our limits and pay tribute to those who have made the ultimate sacrifice. Bring your friends and family!! This is a FREE event!
