About the event

The Coastal Martial Arts Open 2025
The Coastal Martial Arts Open is back again on June 7, 2025 in beautiful Port Alberni BC.

Since 2004, the CMA Open has been Vancouver Island’s premiere sport martial arts event. Providing an expertly organized, efficiently run, fair and safe tournament; with forms, weapons and point sparring divisions for all ages and belt ranks. With few if any open sport martial arts events currently approved to run in the province of BC, this event will also provide a great opportunity for lower mainland competitors as well.
