- **Event Description**: NEW DATE DUE TO WEATHER: 11 Dec. All scheduled timings will remain the same except for the performances – unfortunately these will not be taking place on this new date. We have re-opened Kindo so you can pre-purchase food for those that can now come on 11th. Pre-orders now close at midnight on 9 Dec. All current orders through Kindo will be honoured on the new BBQ date. 

Our annual end-of-year celebration is even bigger and better this year. Join us for an evening of food, fun, and entertainment.

From 5pm we have a visit from members of the Women's Phoenix and the Magilla from Wellington Saints is bringing along the NBL Trophy to show off - join them for a meet and greet and games on the turf.

Get involved in the feature event - adults v kids TUG OF WAR!

Head into the hall for performances from school groups, including Kapa Haka and Rimu Art Splash!

Bring cash to grab raffle tickets and be in with a chance to win one of three amazing prize packs from awesome local businesses.

Meet & Greet zone (5.00-5.20pm)
Womens Phoenix Players
Wellington Saints Trophy & Mascot
Play zone (5.20-5.45pm)
Womens Phoenix Players & kids on the turf
Tug of War (5.50pm)
Adults v kids
Performances in the Hall (6.10-6.50pm)
Kapa Haka, Rimu Art Splash, plus more
Raffle draws (6.55pm)
Finish at 7pm. 


*NB: Food orders - pre-purchasing is designed to help limit waste and expense for the committee, as well as to limit wait times on the night. Please understand there has been a price increase as we do not have the same (incredible) level of sponsorship that we've had in previous years. 

**NB: Volunteers power this event - it simply cannot happen without help from the school community. The more people who help out, the less mahi for everyone. Please consider adding a volunteer shift when placing pre-orders.
