Feed the Trees! W**d & Feed: Shared Picnic

Let's give the trees a bit of summer love, so they can return us a kai in Autumn!

We'll just be doing some mahi to prepare the trees for the hot months, at our two sites around the corner from each other in Titahi Bay. Weeding, feeding and maybe a little mulch if we can get some! We will also listen to some tunes and continue to figure out how to save the world.

We'll start with the trees at the top of Tireti Rd site (walkway entrance: https://maps.app.goo.gl/r6atPhuZECgS5XAn7). We'll do a quick tidy up there, until about 11.

Then at about 11-11.30 we'll head to the Pikarere Reserve site (Top of Pikarere, almost at end of 220 bus line: https://maps.app.goo.gl/TmDKyr4JsXgkjoeY8).

It's the last session of 2025, so we'll have a bit of a shared kai to enjoy the fruits of the year. Then we'll get back into it until the place is looking good!

The plan is for us to catch back up later in summer, and in Autumn we'll come together again and celebrate our harvest together, from our community trees to our backyards!
