Bake with Me Wheat or Gluten Free Sourdough Bread

Come and learn to bake wheat or gluten free sourdough bread.

I will teach you how to look after your starter and show you the whole process of making, proofing and scoring the bread.

At the workshop you will each make the dough that you will take home; then bake your bread after it rises in 6-12h.

I will provide you with ongoing support so you can master the skills of baking the perfect sourdough bread.

Please RSVP and secure your place with payment so I can prepare enough starter and premixes for everyone.

Notice this is a mixed class. Please add what bread you would be interested to make - wheat or gluten free.
