🇮🇹 Elise Pulbrook and James Mele from The Meat Room are teaming up to share their love of good food, Italian-style in an unforgettable hand-on masterclass!
Think handmade sausages, fresh pasta, or whatever the ingredients on the day inspire — this is about cooking with intuition, passion, and resourcefulness, just like Nonna.
You’ll not only learn how to make a delicious dish but also how to embrace the Italian way: use what you have on hand, use seasonal ingredients (from the market, of course), cook with heart, and share it with everyone.
A little about your hosts:
James Mele is the man behind The Meat Room, known for his passion about the Italian tradition of sausage and salami making & also his passion for sharing his knowledge. A familiar face we’re sure, you will know him from La Festa at The Meat Room food stall – a crowd favourite - and his previous masterclasses at Il Mercato.
Elise Pulbrook, MasterChef 2021 semi-finalist, brings a deep love of Italian cooking, seasonality, and market produce. With Italian heritage at her core, she weaves these passions together into dishes full of heart and flavour.
