BEYOND THE BIRTH PLAN

Beyond the Birth Plan is a collaborative birth education class led by a perinatal chiropractor, pelvic floor physical therapist, and IBCLC. This class goes beyond creating a birth plan to prepare your body, nervous system, and confidence for labor, birth, and early postpartum—through evidence-informed, practical education and support.

• Whole-body birth preparation (not just coping techniques)
• Nervous system–informed education
• Movement, positioning, and pelvic support
• Feeding prep before baby arrives
• What’s normal vs. when to ask for help
• Practical tools you can use during labor and postpartum

• First-time parents
• Second (or third) time parents wanting a different experience
• Home Birth and Hospital Birth (Medicated and Unmedicated)
• Anyone who wants to feel prepared, not overwhelmed
