Therapeutic Back Health Workshop

Back pain affects most people at some point in their lives and is one of the leading causes of discomfort and limited mobility. Taking care of the back is essential for maintaining ease of movement, posture, and overall quality of life.

This class is designed to support a healthy, resilient back through mindful movement and intelligent, functional strengthening. We will gently open the front body (including the chest, hips, and shoulders) while engaging the core to stabilize and protect the spine.
Expect a balanced blend of stretching and strengthening poses that promote spinal support, mobility, and long-term back health.

You will receive a notepad and pen for personal notes, along with a take-home flyer of poses to support your practice beyond class.
