** REFLEXOLOGY FREE TREATMENTS**
In celebration of World Reflexology Week in September, Anu and Manka members of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) Dorset Area Group would love to introduce Reflexology and its many fabulous benefits to you.
They will include a brief introduction to what Reflexology is, followed by a guided group facial reflexology workshop and time permitting they will offer 10 minute hand Reflexology treatments to the group.
They cannot wait to meet you all and provide a few minutes of relaxation. 👣💕👣

You are all invited to our Nov Dorset branch meeting at The Club Hub, Oakdale, Poole.
Food, light bites, fresh coffee or BYO wine (corkage supplement charge £3) available.
We always have a great time, everyone is very friendly and supportive, please don't be put off if you're on your own. Everyone will be given a warm welcome, there is always good measure of banter and lots of chats.
No set agenda, just come along, meet up with fellow comrades and remanence. This is a safe comfortable place to enjoy. We now have a monthly raffle, pls bring change and any prizes (might find unwanted gifts in the drawers at home) £1 ticket, anything left rolls over to next event raffle.
Caroline will offer any signposting, a place where we can offer help & support if and when required.

Michelle Bartlett the owner has kindly offered her lovely coffee shop/event space again for free as long as we purchase light food and a cuppa, there is plenty of sweet treats on offer to purchase too. Please can we support the venue as it's free and private just for us.
Lots of free parking outside and in the side roads, also on a main bus route.
Please add your going if you're definitely joining us, that way I will be able to gage the no's and provide for the venue.
