Winter Wellness Day

Very excited to tell you about our Winter Wellness Day on Saturday 31st January 2026.
Based at Merley Community Centre, (which has lots of parking and fabulous toilets)!
This day has been designed for you to relax, de-stress, nourish, create and socialise.
A day of yoga, relaxation, warming lunch and exploring and creating with Aromatherapy Essential Oils
