🎨 12:00 – Intuitive Painting Activity: My Guiding Word for 2026 - Bring your guiding word to life through intuitive art.

🥁 13:30 – Drumming Circle - Led by Heike of Heike’s Drum Circles - Release, uplift, and energise through rhythm and shared vibration.
